Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been
worn, altered or washed, and with ALL tags attached. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
If you receive any defective merchandise, please contact us within 7 business days and return the items with the original tags attached. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us. To request an RMA, please follow this procedure. Any returns received without an RMA will be refused and returned.
- Log on to your Account.
- Orders that are eligble for return (30 days old or less) will be listed under Track Your Recent Orders.

Select the order you would like to return by clicking View Details.

Confirm the item is correct and click Add New RMA.

Complete the following form and and submit the form by clicking Save RMA.

Purchases shipped to California residents will be charged sales tax.
