Products can be returned 14 days after purchase for a full refund or exchange. Shipping is not refundable. Products must be in original state with all original tags attached. Items purchased in the store in Oakland cannot be returned via the internet.
Sales Tax
We only charge sales tax for items being delivered to a California address.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays are NOT considered business days. All orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS.
*For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please allow 6-10 business days for Standard Shipping and 3-5 business days for Express Shipping.
*Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
